Sa pagsubaybay ko kahapon sa reaksyon ng Twitteria* sa rally sa
Makati, isa ang pahayag sa itaas sa mga natanggap ko sa aking telepono.
Kinikilala ko ang karapatan nila sa kanilang opinyon, pero dahil open
to the public ang twits** nila, pahintulutan ninyong sagutin ko sila
rito. Hindi ko na ili-link sa profile nila. Hanapin ninyo na lang kung
nais ninyo.
Sa unang twit: Kawawa ka naman. Hindi ka nakagimik because of that
stupid rally. Sana you went out to Ayala Avenue and made baka na lang.
Better do a stupid thing than tolerate evil, di ba?

Mainit na usapin na sa Internet ang isinulat ni Shari tungkol sa linya ng karakter na ginagampanan ni Teri Hatcher sa palabas sa TV sa Amerika na pinamagatang Desperate Housewives.
Habang kausap ang kanyang doktor, sinabi ng babae ang ganito:
Okay, before we go any further, can I check those diplomas? Coz I would just like to make sure they are not from some med school in the Philippines.
Medyo napikon ako. Para kasing pinapalabas ng mga sumulat na walang kuwenta ang mga paaralang pangmedisina sa Pilipinas. Sa pagkakaintindi ko, ang “some med school in the Philippines” ay tumutukoy hindi sa ilang paaralan, kundi sa alinmang paaralang pangmedisina sa Pilipinas.

Gusto ko sanang manood ng press launch ng Zaido kanina. Kaya lang, nung tumambay na ako sa labas ng studio pagkatapos ng trabaho, medyo nailang ako dahil ayokong magmukhang engot na nakatunganga roon. Kaya sa halip na manatili para maghintay na dumating ang mga naka-costume na artista, umuwi na lamang ako.
Pero bakit big deal at kailangan pang i-blog?
Unawaing isa akong Shaider fan na noong bata pa’y nakikipangapit-bahay para lamang mapanood ang pakikipaglaban ni Shaider at masilip ang panty ni Annie. Nalungkot ako nang mabalitaan ang pagpanaw ni Hiroshi Tsuburaya, ang gumanap na Shaider, at nang malamang ngayo’y di lang panty ang ipinapakita ni Noemi Morinaga, ang gumanap na Annie.

Here’s a photo of my newly acquired Palm Treo 650. A second-hand unit, I got it for only P9,500 last July 21 in one of the stalls in Greenhills.
For those who are not familiar with Palm products, the Palm Treo 650 is a cellphone, personal digital assistant, portable MP3 and video player, digital camera, ebook reader and “game and watch” in one.
You could also use it to write and edit documents, send and receive e-mail and browse the Web. It has a full QWERTY keyboard (parang sa computer), speakerphone, infrared and bluetooth (but no WIFI).
Here are more information that could probably convince you to swap your cellphone that keeps on freezing (Ano ba yan, nag-hang na naman?) with a Palm Treo:

Hindi na ako nagulat ngayong may pailan-ilan muling nagko-comment sa post kong “Liham kay Lt. SG Antonio Trillanes IV”. Dala marahil ito ng pagdeklara ni Trillanes na tatakbo siya bilang senador. Kahit ang profile ni Trillanes sa GMANews.tv, isa sa mga most read sa mga personality profiles sa site. Ang kanyang unang Friendster account, puno na rin.
Noong kakatapos lamang ng Oakwood mutiny, sobrang naging crush ng bayan ang rebeldeng sundalong ito, at sa isang Peyups article ay sinubukang kong sagutin kung “Bakit Crush ng Bayan si Kapitan Trillanes?”:
